Sandra’s Soul Cave

Sandra’s Soul Cave is my business name for my work with Spirit. At the moment, it’s not a physical place, as I don’t have premises for people to visit.  However, to me, the Soul Cave is something within all of us – a place of inner knowing, where we can find all the answers to the questions life throws at us, if we know how to access them.

My soul mission is to help others to access their own Soul Caves, and who knows, maybe one day the Universe will see fit to make Sandra’s Soul Cave a place as well as a space in the heart centre? In the meantime, this is where you’ll find articles about my own spiritual experiences, so that you can draw on them to help on your own soul’s journey.

Spring Clean for the Soul: Chakra clearing

chakra clearing

Earlier this week, a lovely new client came to me for a chakra clearing and cleansing. Nothing surprising there – it’s one of the services I offer. What was strange was that this lady had never had a chakra clearing before, and had no idea what to expect. However, she just knew she needed it, and booked her session on the strength of that inner knowing. It made me realise that maybe I should explain what’s involved in the process, or at any rate, how I do it, because everyone who works with energy has their own ways, encouraged by Spirit and intuition.

Like everything else I do, I am guided by Spirit, but I do have a basic structure for chakra clearing. As you probably know if you’re reading this, chakras are invisible energy centres in the body, and they work best when they are clear, cleansed and aligned. Nobody ever died from a blocked chakra, but you’d be surprised the difference it makes when you receive chakra clearing. You feel lighter energetically, there’s more clarity of thought, and you feel less overwhelmed and more serene.

The real beauty of chakra clearing is that, although I guide you through it, you are getting to know your own energy – both physical and emotional – and you are an active participant in the process, so you are reclaiming your power over your mind and body. Once you know how the process works, you can clear and cleanse your own chakras, any time you like, although it’s a real treat to have someone else take you through it.

Cutting the energetic cords

Archangel Michael

Because I’m working with your energy as well as the energy of the Angels, I want to give the session the best chance of success, so I guide clients through a cord cutting visualisation with Archangel Michael. Again, this is something that, once you know the process, you can do at home whenever you need to. I have a simple process that was given to me by Spirit at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020, and that’s what I use with clients, simply because I feel it’s appropriate, being part of my own unique working relationship with Spirit and the Angels.

Often, the client also feels the presence of Archangel Michael during the cord cutting, and if they have never communicated with angels before, it’s a great demonstration of how anyone can work with angels. It’s just a matter of knowing how to approach them, and it’s surprisingly simple – just like talking to a trusted friend, and just as comforting and uplifting. Once this visualisation is complete, the client feels lighter and more relaxed, ready for the main event!

Crystals and the chakras

chakra clearing

As I explain to clients, the crystals I use during chakra cleansing aren’t essential – in a way, they are just props. However, they do help to raise the vibrations in the room, and give focus to the session. In addition to the crystals commonly associated with each of the chakras, I like to have Selenite and Black Tourmaline in the room while I work. Selenite helps the client to relax and strengthens the connection with the Angels, and Black Tourmaline is a protective, grounding stone which has the added benefit of keeping any negative thoughts at bay during the session.

I lay out the crystals alongside the chakra positions, using Black Tourmaline for the Root chakra, Carnelian for the Sacral, Citrine for the Solar Plexus, Rose Quartz and Green Quartz for the Heart, Sodalite for the Throat, Amethyst for the Third Eye and Clear Quartz for the Crown chakra. I’ll go into the crystals and Angels associated with the chakras in more depth in another article, but if you really want to know more now, there’s plenty of excellent information online.

Opening the chakras

There are various ways to visualise opening the chakras. For a quick clearing and cleansing for myself, or for a client during a reading, if I am guided to do so, I imagine the chakras as spinning wheels of different colours, building up from Base to Crown. To find out more, check the chakra clearing link above. For the deeper, more relaxed chakra clearing and cleansing session with clients, I guide them through a beautiful visualisation where the chakras are represented by flowers, opening from buds into the sun and wafting in a light, warm breeze. As I hover a hand over each chakra site, it’s magical to feel the energy shift, knowing that the client is truly working with myself and the Angels for their own benefit.

Bringing in the Angels

Bringing in the Angels associated with each chakra to cleanse and heal is a wonderful experience, for myself and the client, especially if it’s their first encounter with angels. Different experts advocate different angelic associations for the chakras, and as the Angels can see the bigger picture and all are there to help us, that’s perfectly valid, so it’s down to personal choice. I like to invoke Archangel Uriel for the Root Chakra, Chamuel for the Sacral, Jophiel for the Solar Plexus, Raphael for the Heart, Michael for the Throat, Zadkiel for the Third Eye and Archangel Gabriel for the Crown Chakra.

I ask the client to imagine the top of their head opening like a sun roof to allow the angelic healing, cleansing rays to do their work. This part of the session can be very rewarding for the clients, as they may see various colours as the Angels work, and also have visions. For example, a client with a communication problem may feel extra activity around the Throat Chakra, while someone who is opening up to their psychic abilities may feel the Third Eye area fill with the purple rays of Archangel Zadkiel.

Everyone is different, and so is their energetic experience during the session, so I am careful to explain that, even if they don’t sense, see or feel anything happening, they should trust in the process. That said, every client I have worked with so far has received some evidence of angelic presence, so I am thrilled on their behalf, and it’s lovely to know they are experiencing such marvellous moments.

Once the Angels have done their work, I thank them on behalf of the client, and guide them through closing down the chakras. It’s common for emotions to rise to the surface, and for other clearing mechanisms such as coughing and sneezing to occur during chakra cleansing, so I always have a supply of tissues on hand, and some water, as most clients feel thirsty at the end of the process. Some feel the need to use the bathroom – it’s all part of releasing stuck energy so the life force can flow naturally through the body.

I hope this has cleared up some of the mysteries around chakra clearing and cleansing, and it will encourage you to either try it for yourself or contact a local practitioner to book a session. Think of it as a Spring Clean for the Soul, which will declutter your energy and allow you to release attachments to past traumas and move forward into your best life. Love and blessings.

A List of 8 for Lion’s Gate

Lion's Gate 2021

Sunday 8 August 2021 marks a doubly auspicious time in the astrological calendar. It’s the recognized activation point of the Lion’s Gate energetic portal, and it’s also New Moon in Leo. You can read about it in this excellent article, but in this piece, I want to concentrate on how the prevailing energies are likely to affect you, and how to cope with it all. For empaths and lightworkers, and anybody in touch with their spiritual side and higher consciousness, Lion’s Gate is a quixotic, heady mix of celebration and wanting to crawl away until it’s all over and the energies settle again.

I’ve certainly felt this perfect storm of energies, and many of the online spiritual groups I belong to are full of posts about not feeling as positive as normal, feeling overwhelmed, emotional, fearful and anxious for no good reason, and generally having too many Bad Vibe Days. It’s a relief to know I’m not the only one experiencing this, but it doesn’t make it any easier to get through it, does it? Yesterday was one of those days where I felt like I’d been hit with the proverbial Ton of Bricks, and nothing much happened, creatively, practically or any other way. Today, I am back on top of my game again, and herein lies the main lesson of Lion’s Gate, and indeed, life itself:

It’s okay to not be okay!

We tell ourselves, and anyone who will listen, that an Attitude of Gratitude is vital for spiritual growth and abundance. When we feel like the Universe has it in for us – especially with no good reason – we beat ourselves up, and that makes us feel even worse. We tend to forget that we are human, with all the attendant mess of feelings and illogicalities that go with it, and like all humans, we are not perfect. It’s okay to have off days, and when we get them, we should nurture ourselves through them, not turn into some sort of Self-flagellating Spiritual Sergeant Major who expects the impossible from ourselves and others.

Instead of berating yourself for these feelings, celebrate them, because if you are feeling like this, it means you are sensitive to the prevailing energies. The fact that you are not carrying on regardless means you will benefit from them in the long term, even though you may be riding a rocky road at the moment. It’s normal to feel exhausted and overwhelmed when moving through such a powerful energy cycle, and the best way to come through it is to acknowledge that and rest and recharge, rather than trying to push yourself through the pain. ‘Feeling the Burn,’ whether physically or emotionally, just doesn’t work, and it never has.

Yesterday, I decided to allow my energetic field time to replenish itself. I made the conscious decision that everything could wait for another day. I did a few Samurai Sudoku puzzles, watched some quizzes and documentaries on TV, read, chatted to my friend and caught up on cuddles with my dog Luna. It may surprise you to know I didn’t even pull any oracle cards or meditate, and I more or less gave myself a day off from Facebook. The only ‘Non-Me’ thing I did was get in some shopping to tide us over the weekend, so I didn’t have to brave the hordes in Lidl today – Saturday. Even then, I made it into a Me Thing by just getting the essential stuff and collecting a takeaway on the way home, so I didn’t have to cook.

As a result, I feel truly refreshed, physically, emotionally and spiritually. The house hasn’t fallen down around me because I didn’t do any cleaning or washing, and the garden hasn’t suffered for not having the fig leaves and doggy doings cleared up like clockwork, If you’re wondering why I put the block on my usual spiritual practices for the day, well, sometimes that’s counterproductive when you’re feeling overwhelmed. If you don’t get right into the zone when you meditate, or immediately pick up on what the cards are telling you, it can intensify those feelings of disconnection. Self-care itself is a powerful spiritual practice, and you don’t need divination tools or a specific routine or ritual to do it. You just need to take notice of what your mind and body is telling you.

New Beginnings

Every day is a new beginning, and a new chance to learn and grow, but New Moon and Lion’s Gate are powerful opportunities to move forward, practically and emotionally. New Moon is a time for setting goals and intentions, and Lion’s Gate is all about new beginnings as well. Astrologically, it occurs when Sirius – also known as the ‘Spiritual Sun’ – is in alignment with Earth. As Sirius is connected to abundance and harvest, this time is like a Spiritual New Year, and the Ancients certainly saw it as such.

With the New Moon happening in Leo, the sign of confidence, bravery and strength, new ventures, whether professional or personal, have the best chance of bearing fruit. The lion (Leo) is after all King of the Jungle, and by harnessing these powerful energies to your advantage, you too can be King – or Queen – of Anything and Everything, but most importantly, Lion’s Gate energies can help you enormously on your path to enlightenment and self-mastery.

The key to all this is to move into Lion’s Gate with faith in yourself and the Universe, and the firm intention of embracing change and releasing those connections and thought patterns that no longer work for you, so you can make that new beginning in every sense. You may also need to let go of your expectations of how you believe your life should be, and allow the manifestation potentials of New Moon and Lion’s Gate to work with you to bring you your best life.

The Power of 8

In Numerology, 8 is the number of manifestation and abundance, and August 8 (8/8) is extra powerful, because there’s a double dose of 8s, which is recognised as a Good Thing. Sideways, the number 8 is the symbol for infinity, and its shape represents the flow and balance of life itself. It’s the number associated with karma, or the spiritual law that states  ‘What goes around, comes around.’  So it’s a strong, powerful number.

Seeing the number 8 is a reminder that you deserve abundance, but to benefit fully from its energies, remember that abundance isn’t just about the bank balance, it’s about life balance too. Remember to share your abundance with others, to bring even more of the same into your life.

Take some time to write down 8 things you would like to bring into your life, changes you would like to make, and ways to make life more abundant for others. Then call on Archangel Ariel, the Angel of Manifestation, to help you turn your list into your reality. Don’t worry about how these things will happen, know that when you have set your intention and shared it with the Universe, you can bring them into your life by feeling they are already here. Stuck for inspiration? I’ll share my list with you if you like!

Lion’s Gate List of 8: The things I want to manifest in my life right now

  1. Self-healing: I want to connect more with my mind and body, so it becomes clearer to me what I still need to release and heal from in order to move forward and grow. I need to treat myself with the same compassion I show to others, and nourish all aspects of my being.
  2. Increased intuition: Lion’s Gate is a time of activation for the Third Eye Chakra. I want to develop my intuition more, so I can better serve others, and also my own soul’s needs.
  3. Increased self-appreciation: Like most people, I am guilty of stringent self-criticism at times. I need to learn to love myself more, and cut myself some emotional slack. I’m not perfect, and I shouldn’t expect perfection in myself.
  4. A more disciplined approach to creativity: As a Gemini, I am easily distracted by the Next Shiny New Thing. As such, I have at least three books in my head that have yet to make it into print. I need to bring more structure into all aspects of my creative life – particularly my writing.
  5. Better communication all around: For me, this New Moon is in my Third House, which is all about communication. That also ties in with the previous point. After all, writing is communication too! I want to bring more clarity into all my communications, whether written, spoken or thought, so that I know where I am going and what’s important, and so does everyone I interact with.
  6. Working more with healing energy: I discovered I am a natural healer. That doesn’t make me special – everyone is! I’ve been working with my own energy, and learning more about how I can use it to help others. Now I am ready for more structured study, so one of my intentions for Lion’s Gate is to bring more discipline into this area of my spiritual life.
  7. Connect more with my Heart Centre: Leo is linked to the Heart Chakra, and all spiritual work stems from love, so we can never have too strong a connection to the Heart Centre. I want to work on this for myself, and also help others to do the same. All we ever need is within us, we just need to uncover it and connect with it, then we can manifest true abundance of spirit for ourselves and those we love.
  8. Don’t Worry, Be Happy: I thought long and hard about this one – it is, after all, Number 8, and we’ve already learned how powerful that can be! It therefore follows that this intention should bring together everything I want for myself, going forward. Happiness has to come from within – it’s not linked to a destination, a person or an achievement. I need to be 100% Happy to be Me, and release any worries about what might go wrong in this process. I always tell my lovely friends and clients that they alone are responsible for their own happiness. It doesn’t come from the dream home, the dream job, or the perfect partner – it comes from knowing that you deserve to be happy, and being happy now. It’s that Attitude of Gratitude again – count your blessings and you will have even more reasons to be thankful. Now I need to listen to my own excellent advice!

Your own Lion’s Gate and New Moon practices

How you articulate and celebrate your intentions is of course entirely up to you. If you don’t want to do anything specific, then don’t. Just thinking about your intentions brings them into reality, there doesn’t have to be a set routine or ritual, unless that’s what you want. I will just mention that setting down your intentions in writing does seem to add more manifesting power to the elbow of the Universe though! I would definitely recommend making a List of 8 for Lion’s Gate.

My own plan is to sit with my list at midnight, in my garden, with the trees around me. We may not be able to see the New Moon, but its energies are there for us to absorb. I will also have my selenite unicorn horn, as I read through my intentions and visualise how they will work for me. Then I will place the list under my pillow, and do what I do every night before I sleep – I’ll thank the Universe for the blessings of the day. Tonight, as every other night, I will go to sleep with a grateful heart. Love and blessings to you all.

What’s the difference between a medium and a psychic?

Psychic or medium?

In one of the spiritual groups on Facebook I belong to, the question was posed for debate: ‘Are you a Psychic or Medium?’ I waited a while before I joined the discussion, to see what others were saying, and how it linked in with my own thinking.

If you look at discussions on the subject, they usually conclude with ‘Everyone is psychic, but not everyone is a medium.’ To some extent, I’d go along with that. We all have some extra sensory ability, but we don’t necessarily choose to acknowledge it or work with it. And a good medium needs to hone their psychic abilities and work with them in order to be able to effectively and reliably connect with Spirit.

A good friend of mine, who is both psychic and a medium self-deprecatingly describes herself like this:

I’m not a medium, I’m an extra large!

All joking aside, I am not too keen to attach labels, one way or another, because labels are limiting. Also, those of us who do work with Spirit and energy aren’s so neatly categorised, because our skills often cross more than one border. More of that later, but for me, one of the best articles I’ve read on the topic is this from James Van Praagh.

As I understand it, and as science tells us, everything is energy. Both psychics and mediums work with energies of different vibrations. The energy of the living vibrates at a lower frequency that the energy of those in the realm of Spirit. So the only way we can hope to communicate with them is to raise our own vibrations to a point where they will lower their energy to a level where we can communicate.

I see myself as a psychic and healer, but people who are more knowledgeable than me tell me I am also a medium. I have also been told this by Spirit, and the angels I work with. So what does that mean? To me, it means I am privileged, and I don’t care what people call me. I just do what I am guided to do by Spirit, and my own intuition, and I do it with love, for the highest good of all.

I have done demonstrations of mediumship, and spirits have obligingly come through. Until they show up, I have no idea who will join the party, but unfailingly, they help those who need it most with their messages. When I do private readings, it can be just about the energy of the person I’m reading for, or I may find I have an accompanying spirit anxious to impart a message to their loved one, or tell me something they need to know.

So, it’s all about the energy. One of those in the discussion mentioned psychics reading auras. I don’t see auras, but I can pick up on energy, even if the person isn’t in the room with me. Just a few days ago, I was talking to a friend who was having problems with one of his arms. I was able to pinpoint the area of the pain and send healing, and it’s not the first time it’s happened.

Phsychic or medium?

So, I am unable to see the aura of someone in the same room, but I can pick up on pain 1,000 miles away. It doesn’t mean I am a good psychic, a bad psychic or not psychic at all. All it means is I pick up on energy in a different way. I’ve sent distant healing and people have been able to tell me the exact time I did it, and I’ve had others tell me there was no need to send it, as they felt better now! So we all identify and work with energy in different ways.

When it comes to mediumship, it works differently again. Some people will come for a reading in the hope of contacting a specific person in spirit, but no medium, however experienced, can guarantee bringing through Aunt Maud, or indeed anyone at all. It takes a lot of energy to come through to our world with messages, so it’s not going to happen to order.

It’s common for departed souls to come back and make sure their loved ones are okay, and you may well sense their presence. But for a spirit to come through to a stranger and communicate a message is a different thing altogether. And a good medium will have spirits queued up to connect, because they trust the medium to get their message through. It’s not simple, and it’s not guaranteed.

The thing to remember is, while we choose to work with Spirit, they also choose whether they will work with us or not – they are not ours to command. Working with Spirit is a privilege not to be taken for granted or exploited, and the truth is, if you need an urgent message from Aunt Maud, she’ll come through when you need her, not when someone tries to summon her. Yes, she could come through as part of a famous medium’s demonstration, but she could equally come through to your neighbour on the corner who doesn’t talk about her gift.

It’s a very grey area, and it was muddied even more for me a few weeks ago. My ex husband passed to Spirit on 23 April. A couple of days before, Glenys and I felt a cold energy in the house. I also felt my mother’s energy, and she told me she had brought my husband to apologise and ask for my forgiveness, and Glenys’s forgiveness, for what had happened in the past. My mother had brought him, because she knew I needed closure, and she also recognised that he couldn’t pass peacefully without making his peace with us.

I had forgiven him some time ago – you cannot work with the light while there is darkness in your heart. We both said we forgave him, and we felt the energy change as he left with my mother.

The next day, the energy was back, and my mother told me he couldn’t be sure we weren’t holding a grudge. So Glenys and I joined in sending him love and healing, and telling him it was okay to go home, he had nothing more to keep him earthbound. Less than 24 hours later, he passed to Spirit peacefully in his sleep, although he had been in a lot of pain and distress for some time.

So, what can we learn from that episode, about whether I am a psychic, a medium or both? Some people say that psychics work with the energy of the living, while mediums work with spirit energy. I worked with both that day – my mother has been in Spirit since 1988, while my husband was still on the Earth plane, held back by unfinished business.

Phsychic or medium?

The one thing that runs through all this – that runs through everything – is love. Because my mother loved me, she brought my husband to me, since I wasn’t able to go to him. If I had, I would have made sure he knew he was forgiven, and saved him a journey!

Despite our separation, he loved me enough to hold on to a life that was painful on all levels until he was sure of my forgiveness. And Glenys had enough love in her heart to give him permission to go home. As for me, I was able to remember the loving times and leave behind recent events so that I could remember him as he deserved to be remembered – a man who loved life and loved me, until illness turned him into something he wasn’t, and there was no alternative but to separate.

Whether you label yourself a psychic, a medium, or something else is up to you. It can be convenient for others, but in the grand scheme of things, it’s not that important. What really matters is how you do your sacred work. If you have love in your heart and humility in your soul, you will shine your light wherever it’s needed. The things that matter most cannot be neatly labelled and compartmentalised. Read more on my blog here.

Goodnight Sweetheart, sleep will banish sorrow

Goodnight Sweetheart
At Algorfa fiesta, July 2015

If you’re wondering about the title, it’s a line from a lyric from a song written in 1931, and also the name of a time-travelling sitcom. Goodnight Sweetheart, the show starred Nicholas Lyndhurst, who played Rodney in Only Fools and Horses, as Gary Sparrow, a music shop owner. He accidentally found a time portal which took him back to London in wartime, and ended up with two relationships, one in the 1940s and one in the 1990s.

Goodnight Sweetheart was one of Tony’s favourite TV programmes – and mine. It’s an appropriate title for this post about my personal goodbye to my estranged husband. Although we had been separated for a year, it wasn’t a case of me airbrushing him out of my life. We were together for 30 years, married for 20, and for at least 25 of those years, we were very happy together, until age and illness took my husband from me, leaving an uncaring, somewhat frightening stranger in his place.

Since Tony’s passing, I feel like I have the old Tony back – caring, happy, and sorry for the circumstances that caused our split. His energy came to me before he passed, asking for forgiveness, and since he passed, he’s been back several times as the warm, loving, husband and partner I fell in love with all those years ago.

Don’t get me wrong, he had his faults – don’t we all? – and I’m not canonising him just because he’s on the other side of life. My point here is that what those of us who are privileged to ‘talk to dead people’ already know is true has been demonstrated to me at first hand. You do leave all your pain and troubles behind when you step through the veil. We often say ‘his cares are gone now,’ when someone close dies, and it’s lovely to be reminded of that on a personal level.

The poem given to me by Spirit before the commital service

Losing someone in lock-down is surreal, as many people have sadly found out. The usual type of funeral is out of the window. You can’t have limousines, because of the risk of cross infection through close contact. Also, you’re limited with the number of people who can attend, and they must be socially distanced if they are from other households.

It was clear that there weren’t going to be many guests at Tony’s funeral – I refuse to use negative terms like ‘mourners’ for the attendees. When you’re 86 and have been ill for a couple of years, and have spend most of the last decade in Spain, there aren’t that many friends left, and those who might have come are shielding at home. Also, the thought of not being able to have a comforting hug when you need it most is just unacceptable to someone like me. I would be a strong contender for the gold medal if hugging was an Olympic sport, and they weren’t cancelled because of Covid-19. But I digress.

Someone suggested it may be better to just have a cremation with no service, and that felt better to me, but I wanted to say a personal goodbye to Tony, as I hadn’t been with him when he passed. I would have been, given the opportunity, even though we had lived apart for over a year, but it wasn’t possible. And even though I know that what’s left behind is only Tony’s shell and his soul is free, I felt his circle of life was incomplete without an earthly farewell.

Graeme at West Country Funeral Services in Saltash said he would conduct a commital service in the Chapel of Rest, for up to 10 people, but again, it would have to be a socially distanced affair. I decided Graeme would be, to quote another song lyric, Playing to an Audience of One. I invited nobody to the service on 12 May – not even Glenys, who has been such a support over the last few difficult years.

In preparation , I printed off one of my favourite photos of the two of us, taken in 2015 at Algorfa’s patronal festival. On the evening before the service, I was given a poem by Spirit which Graeme read out, as well as another poem that I feel was suggested to him, as it addressed a concern with bothered Tony quite a bit.

The poem Graeme of West Country Funeral Services

When he was well, Tony liked to be busy, pottering in his shed or the garden, making things, problem solving, you name it. He’s not the type to sit on a cloud with a harp all day, and I felt him around me at the weekend, rather agitated. He asked me what he was supposed to do now, and I explained that time was for us on Earth, it didn’t apply to him now, and he would never be bored, only happy and healthy.

One of the lines in the other poem – His Journey’s Just Begun – speaks of the other side of life as a place ‘Where there are no days or years.’ There is no such thing as coincidence in the Universe – Graeme chose that poem because Tony needed to hear that message.

The energy in the chapel was amazing, full of warmth and love. And when I told Graeme I wanted Tony’s favourite song played, there was some laughter too. The song doesn’t appear on any list of Most Popular Funeral Songs, and it’s not surprising really, given the back story.

Back in the late 1960’s, Tony went on a lads’ night out with his local social club. The highlight of the show was a stripper, dressed in full Welsh national costume. At the end of her spot, all she was wearing was the iconic tall hat and a smile! Every time Tony heard the song she performed to, he smiled, thinking of where he first heard it. It was the 1968 hit by O. C. Smith, The Son of Hickory Holler’s Tramp, and although it was a solemn occasion, we both had to smile.

So, it was nothing like a funeral service, but it was everything I needed for my personal farewell to someone who was part of my life for almost half of it. We made some wonderful memories together which will always be with me, and we had a memorable ‘hasta luego.’ too. I am at peace, Tony is at peace, we have both learned valuable Earthly lessons, and we can both move on, on both sides of life.

I am content, and so is Tony. Goodnight sweetheart, and I am so pleased that sleep has banished sorrow for both of us.

How to recognise the main indicators of psychic ability in yourself

Everyone has an innate psychic ability, but not everybody chooses to acknowledge it or develop it. What tends to happen is that as children, we easily connect with Spirit because we see the wonder and magic in everything, and accept it for what it is. When we share our experiences with adults, we may be told ‘Not to talk nonsense,’ or ‘There’s no such thing as ghosts,’ so we keep things to ourselves, rather than get told off about it.

Fast forward to the teenage years, and we become desperate to be one of the crowd, so we resist anything that identifies us as different, and therefore Not Cool At All.  Going into adulthood, there’s the fear of being thought ridiculous, so again, we push down our natural psychic abilities, until we get to a point where life is so challenging, we wonder how we are going to cope.

When we’re at our lowest point, and we are feeling lost and helpless, with nowhere to turn, the survival instinct kicks in, and we finally start to think outside the box in an effort to solve our apparently insoluble problems. It’s at this point we remember that we are intuitive beings with psychic abilities that can align us with the energies of the Universe in order to turn our lives around and live in joy and abundance, as we  are meant to from the moment we become incarnate on Earth

The good news is, you don’t have to wait until the excrement hits the mechanical ventilation system before tuning into your psychic ability. Once you know how to recognise the signs, you can harness the wisdom of the spirit world and your own inner knowledge to become more creative and productive, and achieve a balanced state of being.

These are the main indications that you are ready to tap into your psychic ability to enhance your own life quality and help others to do the same. Don’t worry – you don’t have to do tarot readings or bring your best friend’s Aunt Edna through from the other side of life unless you really want to. And it’s never too late to begin your spiritual journey by developing your intuition and psychic abilities.

Everything happens for a reason, and everything happens in divine timing, for the highest good of all concerned. If you notice any of these changes happening in your life, you are ready to connect with the wisdom and energy of the Universe.

You have a positive attitude, and an aversion to negative people

Psychically aware people pick up on non-verbal signals from others, even if they are strangers. Their attitude to life is habitually positive, which means being around negative people is energetically draining. You may find yourself reorganising your friends list so you avoid spending time with anyone who is always complaining, or seems to thrive on drama.

Being positive doesn’t mean not being realistic, but those who are developing their psychic abilities look at things differently. They see life’s challenges as opportunities to learn and grow, and never cast themselves as victims.

Your entire take on life changes

People who were once good friends may seem to have little in common with you as you become more spiritual. Your psychic powers are awakening, and your focus and perceptions are changing as a result. You will find yourself connecting with people who may not have entered your radar in the past. Pastimes and possessions that once meant a lot to you are not so important as the focus of your life moves away from the material towards the spiritual.

You experience deja vu and deep intuition

If you’ve ever been somewhere for the first time, yet can find your way around as if you know it well, that’s déjà vu. The phrase comes from the French language, and literally translated it means ‘already seen.’ You may have visited the place in a dream,  or even in a previous incarnation. The same thing applies if you meet someone for the first time, yet feel you know all about them, and it’s a clear sign of developing psychic ability.

Deep intuition is similar, yet different. If the phone rings, and you know who it is before you even pick it up, or you already know what someone is about to say before they even open their mouth, it’s intuition. This is not just a case of happy coincidence or a ‘great minds think alike’ moment. It’s your psychic powers surfacing.

You experience frequent, vivid dreams

During sleep, your conscious mind is inactive, and there is no resistance to intuitive feelings. When you need to make a crucial decision, there is a conflict in your mind between intuition and logical thought, or the ego. We’re conditioned from an early age to go with the logical, reasoned option, even if it may not be the right choice for you at that stage of your life. In the sleeping state, you surrender logic to higher, more informed levels of consciousness.

Your dreams can help bring a different, deeper perspective to your waking thoughts and actions. It may be insightful to keep a dream journal, so you can analyse how your dreams align with life events and waking thoughts and actions.

These are the early but significant signs of psychic development to look out for. It’s a perfectly natural process, and there’s nothing strange or even scary about it.  We are all privileged to have this gift from the Universe, and it’s up to us to use it wisely for the benefit of ourselves and everyone around us. Namaste.

How to get the best guidance from psychics and mediums

psychics and mediums
Me with my spiritual mentor, teacher and friend, the Quirky Medium, Alison Wynn-Ryder. One of the most talented mediums and psychics I know

I regularly see evidence that lots of people don’t fully understand how psychics and mediums and the world of Spirit works. Furthermore, they are unsure whether a medium is good, bad or indifferent. The situation isn’t helped when some mediums talk themselves up into something they most definitely are not. To get the best guidance from psychics and mediums, there are a few things you should consider.

What’s the difference?

Each of us has psychic ability, but whether we are aware of it or know how to use it is something else. There’s a school of thought that psychics are made and mediums are born, but I dispute that, and so do most people I know.

There is a distinct difference between working psychically and working as a medium, but both of these intuittive aspects of spiritual work can be enhanced with training. This article explains the difference much more clearly than I can, but in nutshell, psychics work mainly with the living, drawing on guidance from the other side of life, while mediums actually blend with the energies of those in Spirit.

What can you expect from a reading?

All psychic work is based on energy. In fact, the Universe is all about energy, because even inanimate objects have an energetic vibration. It’s tuning into these energies that helps psychics and mediums to bring you information and advice that is readily available to you, as long as you know how to access it .

In psychometry, the energies of a piece of jewellery or another personal possession can reveal a lot about the owner, and it’s also possible to do a psychic reading from a photograph. Mediums and psychics who work with law enforcement agencies can connect with the energies of items belonging to missing people or murder victims and provide evidence that is impossible to glean from other sources.

So, there’s a lot that mediums and psychics can do, but what can you expect from a reading? More importantly, how can you tell if the practitioner is genuinely gifted with psychic abilities? Those seeking help from the world of Spirit are often traumatised and/ or vulnerable, so it’s important that those they seek help from are well placed to deliver it.

Someone who talks about ‘their’ gifts, without listening to what you need from your reading is motivated by ego to some extent. We do not decide to work with Spirit – we are chosen. And we are mere channels for everything that comes through. The Upstairs Team are the ones calling the shots and directing the action. The psychic or medium you connect with should not be on a power trip – your reading is all about you, not them.

Common misconceptions

Another misconception with mediums is that they can call up the spirits of loved ones to order. No medium, however well connected to Spirit, can guarantee to bring through your father who passed a few weeks back, or Great Aunt Agatha, so that you can thank her for leaving you all her worldly goods.

In fact, we can’t guarantee to bring anyone through, because Spirit will not come through for a third party just to say hello. It takes a lot of energy to speak through someone else, and they will only come through with an important message that they need to pass on. Spirit can – and do – visit loved ones often, and you may sense them around you, even if you don’t consider yourself to be psychic.

Some of the information may be trivial, rather than jaw-dropping. That’s usually just to confirm your loved one really is around. I had a gentleman come through for someone in the audience at my first demonstration of mediumship, and I had difficulty pinning him down to a member of the audience, as he’d passed some time ago. I asked for an up to date confirmation, and he told me about a friendly disagreement about how carrots should be prepared for cooking. From that, the right person was able to take the message, even though she had never known the messenger from Spirit in life.

Working with spirit

Working with Spirit is so much more than just ‘Talking to dead people,’ although that’s a common misconception. It’s about helping the living to deal with their challenges and make the best choices for themselves and those around them. A lot of people are sceptical about this.

When I was attending psychic development training, my husband was very sceptical, and always had a sarcastic remark ready for me to come home to. One day, he asked if I’d been talking to my father, who passed many years before we got together. ‘Yes, I have,’ I replied. ‘He’s really looking forward to meeting you next week’. There were no more silly remarks after that, and my husband was very subdued over the next few days!

That anecdote wasn’t just to make you smile – although laughter raises the vibrations. It links neatly to my next point. No psychic or medium with any integrity will deliver bad news. Spiritual work is about upliftment and easing worries, not causing more stress or heartache. All genuine messages from Spirit are positive. You won’t be told you have inoperable cancer, or that Uncle George won’t be coming to your Christmas party because he’ll be with the Angels by then.

That doesn’t mean to say it’s all sweetness and light. If you need a warning from Spirit, you’ll get it, but the medium or psychic will deliver it in a positive and empathetic way. This is so as not to cause further distress or worry. For example, you might get a message that the pain in your chest needs investigating, so get it checked out so you can get the right treatment. You will only receive information that is in your best interests.

Having a reading from a medium or psychic, whether one to one or at a demonstration, should be a positive, fulfilling experience. If you know what to expect, and if the practitioner is working with humility and love, it certainly will be. Go to your reading with an open mind, and prepare to be amazed!

Visualisation/meditation for clearing and healing across all timelines

healing

Meditations and visualisations are excellent for many things, so it’s a good practice to set aside some time each day to meditate. Whether you use a guided meditation by someone else, or just create your own scenario to quiet your mind and maybe do some inner healing or energy clearing, you will feel the benefits, so give it a go. Yesterday, I was messaging my friend Pam Goodall, who leads the spiritual circle I sit in, and I was feeling a bit sorry for myself, as I seem to be getting one infection after another just lately.

We were talking about the new ascension energies coming in for 2020, and the need to clear stuff from this life and past lives, and between us, we started visualising what would turn into a beautiful meditation.

It was a moving, powerful experience, which I’d love to share with you all. I have been thinking about writing my own meditations for a while now, but hadn’t got around to it yet, for various reasons. I’m really pleased with this one, and I feel motivated to write more .

Meditation is an excellent way to focus your mind, clear it of chatter, meet spirit guides, angels and loved ones, or simply relax. You don’t need special equipment or music – just a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed Switch off your phone, or leave it in another room where it won’t disturb your sacred space.

Make sure you are neither too warm nor too cold, and have a glass of water handy. It’s best not to drink alcohol before or soon after meditation, as some intense feelings can come through, so keep a clear head. Also, don’t eat a big meal just before a meditation or visualisation. You will feel sluggish, and therefore won’t reap the full benefits of the experience.

Use this script, or anything you are drawn to. It’s a good idea to record it on your phone or another audio device, so you can play it back to yourself, rather than having to refer to the script and lose focus.

I found I felt lighter, happier and more at peace after going through this visualisation. I hope you enjoy the experience too. Love and blessings.

Healing and clearing across time meditation script

Close your eyes, relax your body, and see before you a big golden sphere of Christ consciousness. Step inside, and allow this golden light to open, clear and cleanse your 5D chakras. Start with the Earth Star, beneath your feet, the Root, at the base of your spine, the Sacral, between the Root and the abdomen, the Navel, at the navel, and the Solar Plexus, between the navel and the heart.

Now open the Heart chakra, at the heart, the Higher Heart, just above the heart, the Throat chakra, at the throat, the Third Eye, in the middle of the forehead, and the Crown chakra, on top of the head. Bring the light of Christ consciousness into your Causal chakra, a foot above your head, the Soul Star, two feet above your head, and finally the Stellar Gateway, three feet above the head.

Feel yourself connected, Earth to heaven, heaven to Earth, totally connected, totally protected, totally safe. See before you a beautiful purple staircase, with gold trim on the edge of each step. It’s not steep – it’s a gentle, gradual climb, and at the top of the stairs is healing and clearing, and alignment with your Higher self. Feel the atmosphere around you – calming, nurturing, loving, healing – as you glide effortlessly up the stairway.

At the head of the stairway, see before you a giant, emerald green pyramid.  It’s a Healing Pyramid, and as you approach, the door opens and Archangel  Raphael’s Healing Angels greet you to escort you in. There are many large emerald beds, and you are invited to lie down and make yourself comfortable. The bed feels soft and welcoming, although it’s made of crystal. Relax, and bathe in the restorative atmosphere of gold and violet light.

Archangels Raphael and Zadkiel stand at the head of the bed, and Jesus approaches the foot. His golden light of Christ consciousness enfolds you, and you look up, and see another bed overhead, similar to the top bunk in a set of bunk beds. In it is your Higher Self, and your own bed rises, so you can blend with your Higher Self in love and perfect alignment.

You feel lighter and lighter, and your bed circles around the Healing Pyramid, before heading to the open door. You see a long line of people outside. You can’t see their faces, but you know they are people from your past, present and future lives, and you know you that you – and they – must sever any and all energetic chords so you can all heal and move forward.

Call on Michael to help you with this, and observe as, one by one, the chords are cut, and the people in line are able to move into the Healing Pyramid to access their own beds, and their Higher Selves.

You float serenely across the night sky on your emerald bed, and notice the numbers 2020 picked out in stars beneath you. You thank Raphael, Zadkiel, Michael and Jesus for their love and healing, and descend into the star pattern, feeling joyful and light as you return to your body in the present moment. It is done.

The Universe Has my Back for Sure!

Universe
This card from The Universe Has Your Back deck by Gabby Bernstein, sums up this article perfectly!

The spiritual path is not a walk in the park. Yes, you are advised to get close to Nature to be in tune with the Universe, so you may indeed be walking in the park – or on the beach, or in the woods, or the mountains. You get the picture I’m sure. What I mean is, it’s only through facing life’s challenges head on that you can learn and grow.

Wednesday, 13th March 2019 was the challenge to top all challenges, after two years of constant physical, emotional and spiritual obstacles. Each time, my faith was tested, and each time, I meditated, asked for help from the Upstairs Team and acted with love and a desire for the highest good for all concerned. However, for a short time on that Wednesday evening, I really felt as if the Universe was just laughing at me, rather than having my back.

On that day, my beautiful friend and constant companion – my 5 year old Spanish rescue dog Paddy – was killed in front of me, as he protected me from a traumatic, ongoing situation. This is not the place to go into more detail, but Paddy’s story will be told when I am ready to fully honour my four-legged hero – who died so that I might live my best life.

I was also injured during the events of that fateful night, and two months on, I am still recovering, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. But I now feel that I am finally turning the corner, and it all began 10 days ago. I am guided to tell you what has been happening to me, and it’s not so that you will all say ‘Ah, poor Sandra, we must send her lots of love and healing.’ Don’t get me wrong – all love and healing is always gratefully received, but the point of this article is to demonstrate that, even in the darkest of times, the love and support of the Universe is there for every one of us.

Most Mondays, I attend a Development Circle with the fabulously spiritual Pam Goodall, of Ki Changes. Pam is really big on forgiveness – as we all must be if we wish to grow and move on from the past. Forgiveness is difficult at the best of times, but I was finding it really impossible to forgive myself, for unwittingly placing Paddy in danger, or the person who killed him. So I followed Pam’s advice, and sent love, healing and forgiveness to the whole situation during my daily meditation.

I was on the bus doing this, and then I heard a loud voice saying, ‘And remember, Paddy needs forgiving, for putting himself at risk.’ It was so loud, I looked around the bus, startled, to see who knew so much about a situation I had only talked about with close friends and family members.

Everyone was just chatting or looking at their phones, and I realised the voice was actually one of my spiritual guides, showing me the way to move on. It was obviously not a subconscious thought of my own, as to me, as I said a couple of paragraphs ago, Paddy is a hero who needs no forgiveness as far as I am concerned. Clearly, the Universe knows better, and sees the bigger picture, so I did as I was told.

Just a small detour from the story here – it just struck me as funny, so I have to share. How is it that we will argue with friends and family members we have known and trusted for years if they suggest we do something we’re not happy about, or does not sit right with us? Yet a strange, disembodied voice from we know not where says ‘Jump,’ and we ask ‘How high?’ but I digress …

The next day, I was looking for something to read, and I decided on The Universe Has Your Back by Gabrielle Bernstein. Why this particular book? I really don’t know. But I am so glad I did. As I started to read this accessible book, and work on the exercises in there, I literally felt lighter. Gabby is a no-nonsense kinda girl – she doesn’t muck around. You can implement the prayers and feel the energy shifting as soon as you open the book.

When I arrived at Circle last week, everyone saw and felt the difference in me, and I have worked on forgiveness and surrendering the outcome to the Universe every single day since I picked up the book. Thank you Gabby, and thank you Universe for being there when I needed you most, because what has happened in the last couple of days is nothing short of miraculous.

Regular readers have noticed I haven’t been writing much for some time. It’s been all I could do to keep my various Facebook pages going, as the events of the last couple of years have really stifled my creativity. Yet here I am, writing an article now, because Spirit asked me to. I had no idea what I was going to write when I started, but the words have just flowed.

A new friend on Facebook contacted me to say she dreamed we had met, so would I please do a reading for her? I’ve avoided doing too much stuff for other people, in case my energy is not up to the task, but it turns out she lives locally, so I am obviously meant to get on with helping others.

The same day, I found a new outlet for my writing. It’s well paid, and I can choose my own topics, so it will help me get back in the writing groove. And after years of fruitless endeavour, I finally have a promising contact at a major national newspaper. I haven’t been commissioned yet, but it’s on the way – I know it.

Finally, this morning, I was asked to serve Spirit at a church near me. It’s an honour, as I am very much a fledgeling medium, and it may not happen immediately, but it really seems that the Universe Has My Back, well and truly. It’s all about the energy!

The Mystery of the Algorfa Quartz

[slideshow_deploy id=’2135′]

It’s great to be back in Algorfa, even for a short while, so I’m catching up with as many people as I can. Close to the top of the ‘Must Visit’ list are Therese and Mike at the Centro Rural de Algorfa. I arrived at just the right time, because the lunchtime rush had eased, and Therese had time to sit and chat for a while. As is often the case, when we get together, the talk often moves to crystals. Therese is an enthusiastic crystal user, and like many Irish ladies, she has a touch of the psychic about her.

I was showing her my latest purchases from Antisha Angels in Playa Flamenca, and also the beautiful healing wand Glenys bought for me. If you’ve never been there, you should. What Tony and Pat don’t know about crystals isn’t worth knowing, and he’s got stuff for cutting crystals and repairing them too.

This was when Therese mentioned that she had a large clear quartz crystal from a quarry local to Algorfa. Soon after the Centro opened in 2015, a Spanish workman brought it in, and Therese fell in love with it and displayed it in one of her glass cabinets, where it could catch the late afternoon sun.

Therese wondered if Tony could make her and myself a quartz point from the stone, which was actually a mix of clear and smoky quartz. She also thought it would be good to take some more points for a couple of friends who are also into crystals, so I agreed I’d take it when I go back to Antisha Angels on Friday. I’ve already given away a couple of the things I bought to people who needed them more, and basically, that is the heart of crystal work. A crystal that has been gifted and blessed with love and healing for the recipient will always be more powerful than anything you buy for yourself.

So, we took some photos of both of us with this magnificent crystal. and then we started to look more closely at the strata in the rock, and wondering just how many years – or hundreds or even thousands of years – each layer represented. When Therese had first shown me the crystal, I’d said I thought there was a natural division that was happening, roughly in the middle, and she agreed. I’d tried to wiggle the stone a little, but nothing happened, so I thought the division would happen when Tony went to work on it. We both hoped this beautiful, natural crystal wouldn’t shatter, but obviously, we know that crystals will do what they need to do, with or without our intervention.

Therese took the crystal from me, and as she did, it separated into two almost identical pieces. We both saw this as a sign that the crystal didn’t want to be taken away from Algorfa, and that it wanted to stay with us. Therese put the brightest half back in the cabinet, to carry on attracting sunlight and entrancing the customers. I handled the other half, feeling so privileged that the crystal had clearly demonstrated what should happen to it.

Being a natural, unprocessed crystal, there was a lot of dust and sediment all over the separated half, and it was depositing itself all over my hands, and the table where we sat. From an environmental health point of view, it’s not good, so I took it into the loo to give it a wash and brush up.

Now, if you’ve ever been to the Centro, you’ll know the decor is a little on the green side, to reflect Therese’s Irish origins. And this theme is continued into the toilet, with a bright green litter bin. When I started running water over the crystal and it gave off a green glow, I thought it was a reflection from the bin, so stood between it and the sink. It didn’t make a difference – in fact the crystal glowed even greener, and the whole room had a green glow. For a moment, I wondered if I was turning into the Incredible Hulk, then I realised that Archangel Raphael was infusing the crystal with his healing green ray.

I quickly dried it off, so I could show it to Therese, and a couple of other crystal-loving friends who’d arrived for lunch. However, by the time I got to the table, the crystal was back to normal, although significantly cleaner, allowing the smoky tones to shine through.

I placed it on the table, and we all tried to hold it. There was so much energy, all we could do was just hover our hands over it for a few seconds. It was a truly remarkable, mystical and mysterious experience, but it didn’t end there – oh no!

When I got back to Piddock Place, I did the mandatory Wednesday listen to Rai Woods’ Country Rodeo on Big FM Radio, then took myself off to the bedroom to write this post. Well, that was the idea. I’ve had a bit of a creativity block recently, with things that have been happening physically and emotionally, but I was full of ideas, and wanted to get it written while everything was still fresh in my mind.

My new crystal had other ideas, though. Because I couldn’t bear to let it out of my sight, I took it into the bedroom with me, and placed it on my bedside table. I wrote the first paragraph or two of the post, then started with a brain fog. I couldn’t think straight, so I decided I must be tired from all the excitement of the crystal and the heat. Trouble was, I couldn’t sleep either. I felt sick and dizzy, and totally out of sorts.

Eventually, it clicked – the crystal’s energy was just too powerful for the room, and for me, at such close quarters. So I returned it to the lounge, in line with the front door, went back to bed, and slept for around 9 hours. I woke this morning feeling more energised than I have for the whole of this year. and seeing I was taken to hospital with pleurisy less than a month ago, that’s a pretty positive result. And I can feel the crystal’s energy following me around the house. Isn’t the Universe truly wonderful?

Ask your Angels for whatever you want!

Ask your Angels

Me at a workshop for Archangel Chamuel, the Archangel of Love

When I first became interested in developing my intuition and my psychic powers a couple of years ago, I realised that things would unfold as they were meant to, in Divine Timing. There’s no schedule when Spirit is involved, because there is no timescale as we understand it. Good intentions are all very well, but I’m not the most patient of people, and when my teacher, Alison Wynne-Ryder, asked if anything was bothering me about my spiritual journey, I confessed that I didn’t seem to be making much progress with the Angels.

Alison asked if I’d requested their help, and I said no, because it seemed a bit of a cheek for Little Old Me to be asking the Angels for stuff. After all, they have better things to do than hover around waiting for me, right? Wrong, apparently. The Angels are there for us – all of us – but they cannot intervene in our lives unless we specifically ask them to. Once we realise that we can ask for anything – as long as it is for our own Higher Good and will not cause harm to ourselves or others – we can harness the power of the Upstairs Team.

If Angels are so powerful, why don’t they just step in when they’re needed? Basically, it’s because we all have free will, and we need to learn lessons in life. The Law of Free Will means the Angels can’t advise or help us without a specific request from us, and it’s a good thing really. If they could just step in and avert the disasters we didn’t see coming, life would be pretty boring, and pretty pointless. It’s not healthy to be steered through life, avoiding all the pitfalls along the way. Those pitfalls make us what we are, and teach us life lessons that we can hopefully learn from and become better versions of ourselves.

So, how do we harness this power then? Like I said, just ask. However, it helps if you are able to understand how the Universe works for us. Everything is energy – you, me, the sofa I’m sitting on as I type this, the laptop I’m working on, the glass filled with port and brandy that I’m sipping on, because blogging is thirsty work. And of course, the Angels we call on.

Everything that is energy vibrates at different frequencies – it’s where the expressions ‘good vibes’ and ‘bad vibes’ come from. If you’re feeling negative, or if someone you come across expresses negative behaviour such as hatred or bitterness, the vibes will be low frequency. However, if you’re happy, calm, grateful, enjoying life, living in the moment, and appreciating everything around you, you’ll vibrate at a much higher frequency, and you’ll be closer to the Angels.

That closeness enables you to ask for their help, because it’s not just a matter of saying ‘Hey Archangel Raphael, sort this cold out for me, or I won’t be able to go on holiday next week.’ You need to call on your Angels with positivity, because they vibrate at a much higher frequency than the rest of us. And they’re not Fairy Godmothers who just wave their wands and make everything happen as we want it to. We have to work for our own Higher Good with them.

So say something like, ‘Dear Archangel Raphael, help me to do what I need to, so I can recover my health and enjoy my holiday with my family.’ It’s a small, but important, change in attitude and expression, that can make the world of difference in how things work out for you. You don’t need fancy prayers, you don’t even need to say the words out loud, but you do need to make your request in a positive way that will bring only good things to yourself and to anyone who may be caught up in your request.

Build up a connection by talking to the Angels regularly. My routine is to thank them each night for the good things that have happened during the day, then ask for help for those who need it. I may call on Raphael for healing for friends, family, or pets, Archangel Chamuel if someone I know is looking for love, or maybe a couple I know are experiencing relationship problems, and Archangel Michael for those seeking justice.

Look out for signs that they have heard your requests – finding feathers or other objects where you least expect them, or maybe a repetitive sequence of numbers, such as 11.11, 2.22, 3.33 on clocks, number plates, advertising boards or other places. And sometimes, a thought or idea will pop into your head and you’ll think, ‘Why didn’t I think of that before? It’s such an obvious solution.’ The answer to that is, you didn’t think of it, because your Angels planted that thought there.

Find out more about Angel Numbers in Kyle Gray’s latest book, Angel Numbers. Kyle is a real inspiration, and so knowledgeable on all things spiritual. His teachings and writings are really accessible, so if you’re looking to learn more about angels and how we can successfully work with them, it’s a great place to start. Melanie Beckler of AskAngels.com is also a great source of wisdom. Check out her YouTube Channel for some really great advice, meditations, energy updates and oracle card readings.

Recently, I’ve asked the Angels for something as minor as a parking space, or the right turning to take when I’d gone somewhere new without my trusty satnav. I’ve also asked their advice on major, life changing matters. Each time, they’ve come through, and they will come through for you. You really can ask your Angels for whatever you want.
